Everytime I'm trying to talk to this girl I REALLY time my friend who likes me keeps interfering? Help?

Well...you could tell her the truth and probably hurt her feelings or you could not tell her and try to get an opportunity to talk to the girl you like when she isn't around. It's a really tough situation and it all depends on what kind of people are involved. If they're your friend they should understand.
