How can I become an official beta tester?

I'm actually in the Ghost Recon Online beta, and COD f2p China. He're the thing they just won't select people of random you most likely have to live near there office so that you can play in the testing area, they actually do pay you because you sit for hours doing the same mission over and over. There's 2 types of beta testers, the one before the game is announce and then the ones that will have to test the game out at full capacity just weeks before launch.
