I have really sparse eyelashes. Any advice as to how to make them appear or become more substantial?

Latisse actually works really well but a cheap alternative is using a white eyelash primer such as the hard candy lash weave or lancome definecils and i use that with the lashblast mascara its the best i love my lashes
