My boyfriend is really self conscious? What can I do to help him!?

Tell him that everybody and I mean everybody goes through stages in which they look awful (in their opinion ofc) and wonder why they had ever let themselves get like that but what matters is how he looks now and if he isnt happy he should make some changes to make himself feel better about himself and even then though he may physically change he is always the same person and I'm sure he's a great person to get such a nice, caring person such as yourself as his girlfriend! =)
